Q: keyboard or mouse does not work?
A: 1.first, make sure that the USB cable or socket are already connected to the computer
side, there is no signal exception, and the power has been connected.
2.After the image switch normally, Mouse and keyboard access to the KVM switcher, wait a
few seconds for the computer to complete the drive recognition.
3.Turn off the KVM and restart power to re-identify

A: Check the cables if connected well or the cable problem.
Q:When you connect with macOS,the mouse clicks are not working?
A:
For MAC and Linux system, the mouse/keyboard maybe out of control, you need to double click
the right【Ctrl】+【F2】+【Enter】, then the mouse/keyboard will back to normal.
