P19 Fit tire on rim and inate to the specied ination
pressure.
P20 Turn tire over on rim.
P21 Rotate rim until valve is exactly perpendicular to
and above the main shaft.
P22 Rotate wheel until valve is exactly perpendicular
to and above the main shaft.
P23 Readjust tire on rim until the mark coincides
precisely with the valve.
P24 Readjust tire on rim until the double mark coincides
precisely with the valve
