Maintenance
Service position for the cutting unit
The cutting deck can be removed in order to facilitate cleaning
and servicing.
To remove the cutting deck proceed as follows:
1 Position the machine on flat ground.
2 Apply and lock the parking brake.
3 FR2312 MA has the brake pedal and lock button on the
left hand side. (1) FR2312 M has the brake pedal and lock
button on the right hand side. (2)
4 Check that the lever for setting the cutting height is in the
S position.
5 Put the lifting lever in the mowing position.
6 Release the clip and lift off the belt guard.
7 Disengage the spring for the drive belt tensioning wheel.
8 Lift of the drive belt.
9 Grab the upper pipe construction of the deck and pull it
out.
10 Lift off the deck and lean it against the machine or a wall.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Avoid cutting when the cutting head is placed in service
position, to prevent damaging to the drive belt.

WARNING! Exercise caution when handling
the spring. Wear protective glasses when
fitting the cutting unit.
