  There are several reasons why your Jonsered Trimmer might not start: * The power may be off. In this case, start the power. * There may be no electrical contact between the product and the battery pack. Ensure the battery pack is correctly installed. * The battery pack might not be charged. Charge the battery pack. * The battery pack or product could be too hot. Let them cool down before starting. * The battery pack or product might be too cold. Allow them to warm up before starting. * The motor controller could be too hot. Let the battery pack and product cool down for at least 1 hour.

  If the RED LED flashes and LED 2 flashes green when the battery pack is installed on your Jonsered Trimmer, it means the internal battery temperature is either too low or too high. The internal temperature in the battery must be between -15°C (5°F) and 70°C (158°F). If the battery pack is too cold, move it and the battery charger to a warm environment. If it's too hot, especially after operation, move them away from the hot environment.

To resolve this, move the battery charger and battery pack to a location where the internal temperature of the battery pack is between 5°C (41°F) and 45°C (113°F).
