4 Installaon
4.1 Introducon
The procedures for installing the radio transceiver is described in table below. It is recommended that these
procedures are completed in the order shown.
• Inial inspecon
• Install equipment
• Connect connectors as required
• Connect antenna
• Connect DC supply
4.2 Inial inspecon
Items included in the package:
• TR-910 transceiver unit
• Memory sck or CD with Operators Manual and MDT soware
• Accessories according to model and installaon. See accessory list under Models covered by this manual
chapter.
On receipt of the radio unit, remove all packaging and check that there is no damage to the equipment. If
damage is evident, contact Jotron AS immediately and retain the original transit packaging.
4.3 Compass safe distance
The compass safe distance for TR-910 is minimum 140 cm.
