please contact the dealer immediately.

2.3 Safety instructions
Warning!
Mandatory! Please read this manual carefully before use. To ensure
your safety, confirm that all parts have arrived and are in good condition.
Prohibit! Do not expose the scooter’s electrical system to moisture (such
as rain, snow, fog, etc.) at any time. Do not wash the scooter as moisture
will damage the electrical system. Should the system get wet, wait for it to
dry, and then confirm that it is working properly with no evident damage
before driving again.
