4. Installation and adjustment
The scooter is quick and easy to assemble and to fold, using the following steps:

Unfolding and folding the scooter
STEP 1
Unfold the Scooter
To unfold the scooter, first place the scooter with all wheels on the ground
as shown [Fig 4.1.1]. Loosen the tiller adjuster knob [Fig 4.1.2] and lift the
tiller into drive position [Fig 4.1.3]. Re-tighten tiller adjuster knob, making sure
you have securely tightened the tiller into position.

WARNING!
Failure to tighten the tiller adjuster knob securely could result in
user losing control of the scooter.
STEP 2
Unfold the seat
You are now ready to unfold the seat. To do this, simply lift up
the seatback into the driving position. You should hear and
feel the fold knob click into the lock position. Check that the
seat fold knob securely locked in position as shown [Fig 4.1.4].
(The fold knob is positioned on the left-hand side of the
scooter).

WARNING!
Sitting on the seat without the lock knob correctly in
position could result in damage to the scooter, the user or both.
