When the item at the top of the soft key menu is color-inverted, the soft key menu does not
scroll any more even if the control is turned counterclockwise.
"VRM2" is color-inverted.
"VRM1" is color-inverted.
"EBL1" is color-inverted. "EBL2" is color-inverted.
