AIS data can be displayed on the radar screen even if the transmission signal
(AISTX+,AISTX-,AIS_TG of TB4601) from the radar display unit to the AIS is
not connected.
By connecting the transmission signal (AISTX+,AISTX-,AIS_TG of TB4601)
from the radar display unit to the AIS, it is possible to stop the AIS alarm
displayed on the radar screen.
