2) After the amount of oil in the hook has been properly adjusted with the oil amount adjustment screw, make the
sewing machine run idle for approximately 30 seconds to check the amount of oil in the hook
.

方向）转动，油量（迹）变多，向－的方向（

2） 油量调详螺丝调整后的油迹，应空运转 30 秒钟左右进行油量（迹）的确认。

2) Adjust the amount of oil in the hook so that the oil amount (oil splashes) should not change while checking the
oil amount three times (on the three sheets of paper).
1） 图示表示油量 ( 油迹 ) 适量的状态。虽然根据缝制工序的需要有可能要进行必要的调整，但是请注意不要
过度地增减油量。（油量过少时，会烧坏旋梭（发热）。油量过多时，会脏污缝制品。）
2） 油量（油迹）应确认 3 次（3 张）均无变化。

※以下 2）の作業を行う時は、面板を外し、指が天びんに触れないよう十分注意してください。
1）冷えた頭部の場合は、3 分程度の空運転を行ってください。（適度な断続運転）
2）油量（跡）確認用紙は、ミシンを運転した状態で挿入してください。
3）油溜りの油面の高さは、HI と LOW の範囲内にあることを確認してください。
4）油量（跡）確認所要時間は、10 秒間で行ってください。（時計で計ってください。）

1）下軸前メタルについている油量調節ねじを + の方向( 方向 )
に回すと油量( 跡 )は多くなり、−の方向( 方向 )に回すと
油量( 跡 )は少なくなります。
2）油量調節ねじで調整した後は、30 秒間程度の空運転を行い油
量( 跡 )確認を行ってください。
