2)-A Installing position of needle
thread trimmer is improper.
2)-B Needle stop position is too low.
3)-A Engagement of the needle
thread trimmer driving arm and
the driving cam is too tight.
Refer to the item (2) of STANDARD ADJUSTMENT. (Needle-to-hook
timing)
Refer to the items (4) to (6) of STANDARD ADJUSTMENT. (Adjusting
the needle entry point)
Replace the needle.
Refer to the item (25) of STANDARD ADJUSTMENT. (Adjusting the
needle thread trimmer actuating arm)
Refer to the items (19) to (21) of STANDARD ADJUSTMENT. (Installing
position of the needle thread trimmer)
Make sure that main shaft is in the stop position and actuate the needle
thread trimmer. (Lift the presser.)
Refer to the item (25) of STANDARD ADJUSTMENT.
(Adjudting the needle thread trimmer driving arm)
Decrease the basting thread tension, or decrease the pitch.
Re-set the bobbin thread tension to 15g (purl stitching).
Increase the set value of the position of the start of sewing.
