6.7 Changing the suction filter of the motor fan
Loosen the screw (8), take the mesh (9)
off from the front and replace the filter.
6.8 Restraint belt maintenance
The driver must check the operation and condition of the restraint belt each day
before using the industrial truck. Early detection of faults can only be achieved
through regularly checking.
– Pull out the belt completely and check for fraying
– Test the belt buckle and make sure the belt returns correctly into the retractor.
– Check the cover for damage.
Testing the automatic blocking system:
– Park the truck on a horizontal surface
– Pull out the belt with a jerk

The automatic system should lock the belt in the retractor.
– Open the motor hood approx. 30 degress.

The automatic system should lock the belt in the retractor.

Do not operate the truck with a faulty restraint belt. Have it replaced immediately.
