      If your Jurop Water Pump is overheating, several factors could be the cause. It might be due to insufficient or absent lubrication, in which case you should verify the oil and rings and check the oil pump efficiency. Another reason could be a low tank oil level, so ensure you fill the tank with oil. Excessive rotation speed or prolonged functioning at max vacuum rate can also lead to overheating; reduce the RPM to the prescribed working speed or reduce the vacuum rate. Insufficient cooling can be another cause, so check the oil pump efficiency, bleed the system with care, and check the heat exchanger efficiency. Lastly, check the dimensioning of the vacuum and/or exhaust line if it is of insufficient diameter.
