2. Press the POWER switch. ,
3. Select the speaker system .with the SPEAK-
ERS selector (A-K 22 only).
4. Press the PHONO switch to on.
5. Operate the turntable according to its in-
struction manual.
6. Adjust the VOLUME, LOUDNESS, BAL-
ANCE, BASS and TREBLE controls as re-
quired. ,
Note: Use a turntable with a moving magnet
cartridge.
Listening to tapes
1. Connect a tape deck to the TAPE PLAY
terminals. Be careful to connect the chan-
.nels correctly.
2. Press the POWER switch.
3. Select the speaker system with the SPEAKER
selector (A-K 22 only).
4. Press the TAPE switch to on.
5. Operate the tape deck for playback accord-
ing to its instruction manual.
6. Adjust the VOLUME, LOUDNESS, BAL-
ANCE, BASS and TREBLE controls as re-
quired, .
Using stereo headphones
Stereo headphones can be plugged into the
front panel jack. Plugging headphones into the
PHONES jack switches off the speaker sound,
Recording tapes
Recording from records
1. Connect a tape deck to the TAPE REC
terminals.
2. Press the POWER switch.
3. Select the speaker system with the SPEAK-
ERS selector (A-K22 only) if you want to
monitor the sound while recording.
4, Press the PHONO switch.
5. Operate the turntable.
6. Operate the tape deck for recording.
Note:
e You can also monitor the sound being re-
corded with headphones,
TROUBLESHOOTING
What appears to be a malfunction may not
always be serious.
Make sure first... .
No sound and no illumination
“1s the AC plug connected properly?
Note: lf one of the source switches is not com-
pletely. pressed in, no-sound will.come
from speakers. Press the required switch
again.
No sound from speakers
Are speaker.cords connected?
Is VOLUME control at MIN?
Is the SPEAKERS. selector set correctly?
(A-K22 only) A A
If this selector is set to correspond to the
position of. the SPEAKER terminals to which
no speaker systems are connected, no sound
will be heard. :

1, SchlieBen Sie ein Tonbanddeck an die TAPE
PLAY-Buchsen an, vertauschen Sie dabei
nicht die Kandle,
2. Den Netzschalter (POWER) dritcken.
3. Das Lautsprechersystem mit dem Laut-
sprecher-Wahlschalter (SPEAKERS) wahien
(nur A-K 22),
4. Den TAPE-Schalter drticken,
5, Das Tonbanddeck fiir Wiedergabe entspre-
chend seiner Bedienungsanleitung bedienen.
6. VOLUME, LOUDNESS, BALANCE, BASS
und TREBLE nach Wunsch einstellen.
Stereo-Kopfhorer
An die Kopfhdrerbuchse an der Frontplatte
kann ein Stereo-Kopfhérer -angeschlossen wer-
den. Wenn ein. Kopfhérer angeschlossen ist,
sind die Lautsprecher ausgeschaltet.
Tonbandaufnahme
Aufnahme von Schallplatten
1. Ein Tonbanddeck an die TAPE.REC-Buchsen
anschliefgen.
2. Den Netzschalter (POWER) drucken.
3. Das Lautsprechersystem mit dem. Laut-
sprecher-Wahlschalter (SPEAKERS) (nur
A-K 22): wahlen, wenn Sie bei der Aufnahme
den Ton héren wollen.
4. Den PHONO-Schalter‘driicken.
5. Den Plattenspieler einschalten.
6. Das Tonbanddeck auf Aufnahme schalten,

@Der Ton.kann.bei der Aufnahme auch iiber
Kopfhérer gehort werden,

Was wie eine Stérung erscheint mu8 nicht immer
ernsthaft sein.
Gberpriifen Sie zuerst....
Kein. Ton und keine Beleuchtung
Ist das Netzkabel angeschlossen?
Hinweis: Wenn einer der Queilenschalter. nicht
ganz: gedriickt ist, kommt. kein. Ton
von den. Lautsprechern. Driicken Sie
-den erforderlichen. Schaiter noch
einmal.
- Kein Ton-von den Lautsprechern
Sind die Lautsprecherkabel angeschlossen?
Steht der .Lautstarkeregler auf Minimum?
Ist der Lautsprecher-Wahlschalter (SPEAKERS)
* richtig eingestellt? (nur A-K22}
Wenn. dieser Wahlschalter auf die Position
eingestellt ist, die dem SPEAKERS-Anschliu
- entspricht, an dem kein Lautspréchersystem
angeschlossen ist, wird kein T-on gehért.
