Connect
the
VideoMovie
and
the
recording
deck
as
per
the
diagram
on
the
right
(P.41).

recording
deck

JVC
VCR
that

a
Remote
PAUSE
terminal,
connect

Editing
cable
to
it.

the
VCR
does
not
have
a
Remote

terminal,
connect

EDIT.
The
function
begins
automatic
editing;
all
the
scenes
are
copied
to
the
VCR
in
the
specified
order.

Keep
the
remote
control
pointed
toward
the
VCR's
remote
sensor
window.

The
on-screen
display
remains
superimposed
while
the
VideoMovie
searches
for
each
scene
(the
blinking
cursor
points
to
the
scene
number
presently
being
searched),
and
is
not
displayed
while
the
scenes
are
being
edited.

Editis
finished,
the
VideoMovie
enters
the
Stil
mode
and
the
VCR
enters
the
Record-Pause
mode.
Press
STOP
on
both
units
to
end
R.
A.
Edit.
To.
dub
the
entire
tape
without
any
edits
To
make
a
duplicate
copy
of
the
VideoMovie's
tape,
perform
R. A.
Edit
by
specifying
only
one
in-point
(and
no
out-point).
R.
A.
Edit
will
automatically
dub
everything
from
that
in-point
to
the
end
of
the
tape.
Note:
With
some
VCR
models,
there
may
be
noise
at
the
in-
or
out-points
on
the
edited
tape.
