Troubleshooting
What appears to be trouble is not always serious. Check the following points before calling a service center.
"/': Remedies/Causes
Reset the unit (see page 3).
Check the "SELECT SRC" -+ "AUX I N" or "EXT
IN" setting (see page 30).
Check the "USER" color setting (see page 32).
Store stations manually.
Connect the antenna firmly.
Check the "SELECT SRC" -+ "AM" setting (see
page 30).
Fix the reception mode either to "DIGITAL" or
"ANALOG" (see pages 10 and 28).
• Check the power supply to the antenna when using
active type.
• "ANALOG" is selected when receiving all digital
broadcast of HD Radio station. Select "DIGITAL" or
"AUTO" (see pages 10 and 28).
• "DIGITAL" is selected when receiving weak digital
signals or receiving conventional radio broadcast.
Select "ANALOG" or "AUTO" (see pages 10 and
28).
The HD Radio broadcast does not support iTunes Tagging
function or the broadcast does not contain PSD. You can
,~, tag the PSD only when the TAG indicator lights up on the

Set "CLOCK ADJ" to "OFF" (see page 27).
