  If you can't hear sound from the speakers of your JVC Car Receiver, first, ensure that the volume isn't set too low; adjust it to a suitable level. Then, verify that all connections are correct. If the issue persists, the built-in microcomputer may have malfunctioned due to external interference. Try resetting the unit by holding the SEL button and pressing it for more than 2 seconds. Note that this will erase your preset adjustments.
