Remove the drip tray, the used capsu-
le container and the water tank. Please
empty all containers.
Caution: The used capsule container is
enclosed on the underside and can con-
tain residual liquid. Please pour any resi-
dual liquid into the washbasin first before
disposing of the capsules in the waste bin.

Place a collecting container under the
spout. Open the lever and close it again
to activate capsule ejection.

Rinse the appliance by pressing the
rinse/milk button, and empty the collec-
ting container afterwards.

Please wait 5 minutes until the appli-
ance switches off automatically.
NOTE
We recommend that you carry
out a rinse process before and
after each time you prepare a drink to
ensure optimum drink quality and for
hygienic reasons.
Please remember: if you do not place
a collecting container under the coffee
spout during each rinse process, the
drip tray will fill up very quickly and
may overflow.
WARNING Very hot water –
scalding hazard.
