If you are using a water filter, please
remove it from the water tank.

Fill the water tank with the descaling
agent at the prescribed mixing ratio (as
per product instructions) and insert it in
the appliance. Place a sufficiently large
collecting container under the spout.

To activate the descaling program the
machine must be in off/standby mode.
1) Press the rinse/milk and "large cup"
button simultaneously for 3 seconds.

The appliance must be in off/standby
mode. Only open and close the lever af-
ter this to eject any capsule which might
have been inserted.

After this, remove the drip tray,
used capsule container and water tank,
empty them and reinsert the used capsule
container.

Do not drink the descaling

We recommend you to de-
scale the appliance once a
month, in case of using a water filter
once a year.

which are suitable for
