17. Snap the battery connector (L) onto the sealed battery pack (M) and place the battery pack in the top of the inside housing. Secure
the battery cover (O) using the 6-32 x 3/8" (10mm), 5/64" hex head screw (N).
NOTE: If the lock makes a continuous buzzing noise, the mortise motor is running continuously. Reset the
electronics by disconnecting the battery pack for ten seconds, then reconnect it.
18. Install the medallion (A) on the outside housing and secure it using the 5/64" hex-head screw (C). (On electrical models, tuck
electrical override terminals (B) inside medallion.)
