Adjust needle height so it is 10mm from the needle plate when needle bar is at top stroke.
Adjust needle side stroke (5.55mm/7.4mm) and timing for proper needle plate engagement.
Align eccentric screw mark with shaft mark for looper left-to-right adjustment.
Adjust looper rocker for specific distances between looper and needle at different positions.
Ensure looper is 1mm (left) or 0.2mm (right) above needle eye at specific positions.
Adjust for 0mm clearance between needle and looper when aligned.
Check looper setting distance against table; re-perform 5-4/5-5 if incorrect.
Ensure spring surface touches looper closely within range B; check points C.
