Overview

The Karinear Electric Ceramic Hob is a modern cooking appliance designed for household use, offering a safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly cooking experience. Controlled by a microcomputer, it operates without electromagnetic high-frequency radiation, open flames, or carbon monoxide, making it a clean and safe choice for any kitchen.

Function Description:

The ceramic hob is primarily used for heating and cooking food. It is compatible with a wide variety of flat-bottomed cookware, including ceramic pots, casseroles, aluminum pots, cast iron pots, copper pots, crystal pots, and stone pots, as well as other heat-resistant and refractory pans. However, it is not suitable for plastic appliances, as these can melt and stick to the panel under high temperatures. The hob features a touch control panel with intuitive icons, making it simple to operate. For safety, the machine is designed to automatically shut down if it overheats.

Usage Features:

Before use, it is important to wipe off any water and oil stains from the panel to prevent traces from forming under high temperatures, which could affect the product's appearance.

To begin using the hob:

  1. Open: After plugging in the power supply, the induction hob will emit a beep, and its indicator lights will illuminate for 1 second before turning off.
  2. Ready: Press the "On/Off" button. The hob will beep once, and the LED screen will display "----", indicating it is in a ready state.
  3. Start: In the ready state, press the "Function" button. The hob will beep once, the power indicator will turn on, and the LED screen will display "1000W". The stove will then begin heating at 1000W power.
  4. Function Selection:
    • Pressing the "Function" button for over 3 seconds allows you to switch between temperature and power heating states. The power is preset to 1000W.
    • A single press of the "Function" button allows you to choose from various preset function modes.
  5. Timer: Press the "Timer" button. The timer indicator light will turn on, and the LED screen will flash to display the time. The initial time is "0:00". You can adjust the time using the "+" (increase) or "-" (reduce) buttons. Each click adjusts the time by 1 minute. Holding the button for over 3 seconds changes the adjustment unit to 10 minutes. The maximum adjustable time is 4 hours. After 5 seconds of inactivity, the hob will automatically enter the timing countdown. To cancel the timer, press the "Timer" button for 2 seconds.
  6. Adjust Power/Temperature: Use the "+" or "-" buttons to adjust the power and temperature. The LED screen will display the corresponding power or temperature setting.
  7. Lock: Press the "Lock" button. A beep will sound, and the lock indicator light will turn on. In this state, all buttons except the "On/Off" button are disabled. To unlock, press the "Lock" button for 3 seconds.

The hob also incorporates several safety features during operation:

  • If the hob's temperature exceeds 80°C, a flashing "H" (high temperature) indicator light will appear.
  • The fan starts rotating immediately after power on. If the temperature is above 80°F in standby mode, the fan will continue to rotate for 10 minutes to dissipate heat before stopping.
  • During high-power operation, the control board automatically adjusts the power to regulate the temperature, preventing overheating.
  • The glass panel will remain hot after the induction cooker is turned on. Avoid direct contact with the product.
  • The product will remain at a high temperature after use. Always unplug the device and allow it to cool for 30 minutes before cleaning or storage.

Maintenance Features:

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of the ceramic hob.

  1. Cool Down Before Cleaning: Always unplug the product and allow the panel to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Ventilation System: Do not unplug the power plug immediately after use. Keep it plugged in for 10 minutes to allow the built-in ventilation system to cool the hob and prevent overheating and accelerated aging of the machine.
  3. Prevent Damage: Avoid scratching the surface with sharp objects and prevent heavy objects from falling on the glass panel, as this can cause cracking.
  4. Cleaning Method: Do not rinse the hob directly with water or immerse it in water for cleaning.
  5. Daily Cleaning: For daily cleaning, use a wet rag. For stubborn stains, use the scraper provided with the package, tilting it at a 45-degree angle to scrape off the stains.
  6. Exhaust Vent Cleaning: Use a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner to clean the exhaust vent.

In case of product failure, it is crucial not to disassemble the machine yourself. If the product is damaged or faulty, it should be sent to professional maintenance personnel for repair. The company will not bear any legal liability for accidents resulting from self-disassembly or the use of damaged products.

For safety, if the power cord, plug, glass panel, or other external parts are damaged, stop using the product immediately. When unplugging, always hold the plug itself, not the power cord, to prevent separation of the plug and wire, which could lead to a short circuit. If the product will not be used for an extended period, unplug it from the socket and store it in a ventilated and dry place. Children should only use the product under strict adult supervision. Individuals with insufficient physical, sensory, or mental abilities should not use this product alone unless supervised by normal adults.
