6.6.1.5 Hold the rear battery and slightly pull it back when one third of the
battery is protrudent out of the frame. Then, push the front battery
backwards from the front of the wheelchair. (Figure 6-9)
6.6.1.6 Place the rear battery on the ground, and keep the terminals facing
inward. Use #13 Closed Spanner to remove both of the terminal
scews and the battery terminal covers. Cap the wire terminals to
avoid any short circuit. (Figure 6-10)
6.6.1.7 Place the front battery on the ground, and keep the terminals facing
inward. Put aside the wires detached from the rear battery and keep
them away from touching the terminals of the front battery. Use #13
Closed Spanner to remove both of the terminal scews. (Figure 6-11)

6.6.2 Load the Batteries
Load the batteries by reversing the procedures of Section 6.6.1
Remove the Batteries.
6.6.2.1 Load the front battery:
Connect the red wire (marked with [A] ) with the positive terminal (the
red end). Connect the black wire (also marked with [A]) with the
negative terminal (the black end). Re-tighten both of the terminal
locknuts. Then load the battery back into the battery box. (Figure 6-12)
6.6.2.2 Load the rear battery:
Connect the red wire (marked with [B] ) with the positive terminal (the
red end). Connect the black wire (also marked with [B]) with the
negative terminal (the black end). Re-tighten both of the terminal
locknuts. Then load the battery back into the battery box. (Figure 6-13)
