Ifanyelectricalcomponentisnotworkingorisworkingimproperlyor
theenginedoesnotturnon,checkyourmotorcyclefuse.

1.Setmotorcycleovermainsupport
2.Checkfusecondition,replaceifdamaged
Carburetor
Astablevaporizationisthebasisoftheengine’sperformance.The
carburetorhasbeenregulatedtoitsbestconditioninthefactory,
whichmustnotbechanged.Whatyouneedtodoistocheckonthe
freeplayofthrottlecableandidlespeed.
IdleSpeedAdjustmentofCarburetor
• Foranaccurateidlespeedadjustment,theengineshouldbe
underanormaloperatingtemperature.
• Standthemotorcycleinverticalpositionandstarttheengineto
warmup.
• Adjusttheidlespeedwithairdamperlimitscrew.
Idlespeed:1,400±100r/min
