Step 4: Place the assembled flywheel guard over the holes and tighten brackets to the
base frame with the screws and washers that were removed in step three (inset). Do not
fully tighten the bolts.

Step 5: Make sure the Tube is centered over the Flywheel. The Flywheel must be
completely hidden behind the Tube as shown.
