Introduction
This document describes the Keithley frequency analysis option. This option consists of a Model
4200-SCP2HR scope card, and a software user library named KIScope. In most cases, the frequency
analysis option will be integrated in your S530 parametric test system at the Keithley factory;
however, the hardware is field-installable by a Keithley field service engineer (FSE).

Prerequisites
It is assumed that you are familiar with fundamental C programming software language, as well as
with the operation of your Keithley S530 parametric tester. If you are not familiar with this
programming language or the parametric tester, it is recommended that you review this software
language and your tester before proceeding.
