Place rear rail between cart frames. Hook the key hole slots to the preassembled #10-24x1/2" machine
screws. Tighten the screws.

Insert axle rod through wheel, front wheel bushing, legs other Attach with (1) axle spacer and hitch pin.
Insert leg extenders into right legs. Press leg extenders into place with body weight.
