  Your Kenwood Mixer may have stopped due to the overload protection device being activated. This happens when the mixer is overloaded to protect the machine. To resolve this: 1. Switch off and unplug the mixer. 2. Remove some ingredients to reduce the load. 3. Let the mixer stand for a few minutes. 4. Plug it back in and reselect the speed. If it doesn't restart immediately, allow it more time to stand.

  To adjust the beater height on your Kenwood Mixer, follow these steps: 1. Unplug the appliance. 2. Raise the mixer head and insert the whisk or beater. 3. Lower the mixer head. 4. If adjustment is needed, raise the mixer head and remove the tool. 5. Loosen the nut on the shaft using the provided spanner. 6. Turn the shaft anti-clockwise to lower the tool or clockwise to raise it. 7. Re-tighten the nut securely. 8. Fit the tool and lower the mixer head to check the position. Repeat as needed until correctly set.
