Unit (X-E5) :
Shorting the No. 4 pin to the No. 3 pin by a diode (Direction : No. -® No. 3), turn on the POWER switch of the
power supply jig.
HI SPEED _ : Short No. 2 and No. 6 pins of CN9 to each other.
NOR SPEED : Short No. 1 and No. 6 pins of CN9 to each other.
STOP : Short No. 3 and No. 5 pins of CN9 to each other.
