CHAPTER 2. ELECTRICAL SAFETY
1. Plugtheapplianceinagroundedsocketprotectedbyafuseconformingtothe
valuesspecifiedinthetechnicalspecificationschart.
2. Haveanauthorizedelectriciansetgroundingequipment.Ourcompanyshallnot
beresponsibleforthedamagesthatshallbeincurredduetousingtheproduct
withoutgroundingaccordingtolocalregulations.
WARNING:
Ifthesurfaceiscracked,turnofftheappliancetoavoidriskofelectricshock.
3. Never wash the applianceby spraying or pouring water on it.Thereis a risk
ofelectrocution.
4. Donottouchtheplugwithwethands.Donotpullthecordtoplugoff,always
holdtheplug.
5. Unplugtheunitduringinstallation,maintenance,cleaningandrepair.
6. Makesuretheplugisinsertedfirmlyintowallsockettoavoidsparks.
7. If the power supply cord (the cord with plug) is damaged, this cord shall
be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or an equally qualified
personneltopreventahazardoussituation.
8. Donotusecutordamagedcordsorextensioncordsotherthantheoriginalcord.
9. Donotusesteamcleanersforcleaningtheappliance,otherwiseelectricshock
mayoccur.
10. Makesurethereisnoliquidorhumidityinthe outletwheretheproductplug
isinstalled.
11. Anomnipolarswitchcapabletodisconnectpowersupplyisrequiredforinstallation.
Disconnectionfrompowersupplyshallbeprovidedwithaswitchoranintegrated
fuseinstalledonfixedpowersupplyaccordingtobuildingcode.
12. Thepowersupplycord(thecordwithplug)shallnotcontactthehotpartsofthe
appliance.
13. Unplugtheunitduringinstallation,maintenance,cleaningandrepair.
14. Applianceisequippedwithatype‘’Y’’cordcable.
15. Thecircuitbreakerswitchesofthecookershallbeplacedsothatendusercan
reachthemwhenthecookerisinstalled.
16. Fixed connections shall be connected to a power supply enabling omnipolar
disconnection.ForapplianceswithovervoltagecategorybelowIII,disconnection
deviceshallbeconnectedtofixedpowersupplyaccordingtowiringcode.
17. Do not remove ignition switches from the appliance. Otherwise, live electric
cablescanbeaccessed.Itmaycauseanelectricshock.
