e. Compatible ENA E5063A instruments must have firmware version ≥A.03.72.
f. Compatible ENA E5061B instruments must have firmware version ≥B.04.86.
g. Compatible ENA E5080A instruments must have firmware version
≥A.12.55.05.
h. ENA E5080B instuments have no restrictions on firmware revision.
i. Compatible PXIe instruments must have firmware version ≥A.03.10.
M980xA instruments have no firmware restrictions.
j. Compatible USB-VNA instruments must have firmware version ≥A.10.55.07
k. Compatible FieldFox Handheld instruments must have firmware version
≥A.10.2x (CPU2 units) and ≥A.08.19 (CPU1 units).
l. The N9912A FieldFox does not support ECal.
