Connect the ECal module to a

Ensure that the instrument software is 
up to date.
Faulty instrument USB port Connect to a different USB port on the 
instrument.
Faulty USB cable Connect via a different USB cable.
Faulty USB hub Connect ECal directly to a USB port on 
the instrument.
Alternating 
Green/Orange 
Flashing
ECal is too cold and 
unable to regulate 
internal temperature 
to setpoint.
ECal is too cold and unable to 
regulate internal temperature to 
setpoint. 
Move ECal to a warmer location. Refer 
to “Environmental Specifications” 
on page 5-2.
