Withstanding Voltage and Insulation Resistance Tests | Setting Test Conditions
Voltage rise time
Set the time from when the START switch is pressed until the test voltage (p.55) is reached or the time for
the voltage to change from the start voltage (p.57) to the test voltage.

On the Home menu screen, press Time > Rise Time.

Use the numeric keypad or the rotary knob to enter the time.
Setting range: 0.1 s to 200.0 s
This completes the setting.
