Summary

Installing the Stainless Steel Unit

Determine Mounting Location

Locate dispenser position using a stud finder and mark the rough wall opening.

Check Door Clearance and Swing

Ensure adequate space for door swing (min. 8 inches) and note door reversal possibility.

Perform Wall Investigation Hole

Cut an investigation hole to check for obstructions and use tools for visual inspection.

Mark Rough Wall Opening Dimensions

Mark opening 12 inches from counter and 48 inches from floor for ADA compliance.

Begin Rough Wall Opening Cut

Mark the rough opening and begin the cut, respecting counter clearance.

Framing and Dispenser Installation

Test Dispenser Fit in Hole

Test the fit of the dispenser within the prepared wall opening.

Add or Adjust Wall Framing

Add or balance framing using 2x4s and 1x4s for 16-inch centers.

Measure and Shim for Fit

Measure the dispenser fit again and use shims if necessary for optimal alignment.

Secure Dispenser Housing

Install dispenser using 4 screws, ensuring the unit is level before fastening.

Insert Dispenser Module

Align and gently push the module into the back housing until it clicks.

Attach Operating Label and Door

Apply the operating label inside the door and then install the door.

Final Assembly and Use

Secure Door with Retaining Rings

Install 'c' clips on hinges to keep the dispenser cover securely in place.

Close the Dispenser Door

Close the dispenser door after all internal components are installed.

Apply Use Label

Affix the final use label onto the dispenser; it is now ready for operation.
