Air lter
Inspect the air lter (6b) regularly. Clean or replace it with a new one if necessary.
1. Pull the locking lever on the back cover and remove the back cover (6) (Fig. 50).
2. Loosen the xing screw and remove the air lter (6b) (Fig. 50).

Split the air lter into its two parts and tap it on a stable surface to remove dust. Use
compressed air (max. 3 bar) to remove stubborn dust.
4. Reassemble the two parts and ret the air lter. Ret the back cover and secure it
with the locking lever.
NOTE: Ensure the rubber seal between the carburettor and the air lter is
clean and tightly ts in place.
