desired according to the operating
condition.
The speed 1 ( ) (540 rpm) position
of the PTO shift lever corresponds to
the engine speed for the mid range
load to achieve 540 PTO RPM.

FUEL GAUGE
(1) Fuel Gauge
E: Empty F: Full
This gauge indicates the remaining
fuel level after the key switch is tur-
ned to the “ON” position.
• F: Fuel is fully lled.
• E: Replenish the fuel tank.
If driving is continued with the needle
below the position “E”, air may enter
the fuel supply system. In this case,
“bleed” the system. (For detailed in-
structions, refer to “Bleeding fuel sy-
stem” in the chapter “Maintenance”)
WARNING
If the low fuel level warning
lamp on the instrument cluster
is illuminated, add fuel to the
tank immediately.

NOTE
Make sure to use only genuine
fuel as the engine can be dama-
ged if unqualied fuel is used.
Use fuel for winter season in
cold weather to start the engine
easier.
The gauge needle can move on
a hill as fuel slopes in the tank.
