7. PUTTING THE MACHINE INTO OPERATION
b. Setting the planer knives

- Die Messer sind bereits im Werk justiert.
- Ziehen Sie den Eingangstisch zurück, wie mit dem Pfeil
angezeigt.
- Schieben Sie das Messer (S), mithilfe der Einstellehre (R),
an einem Ende und pressen Sie dabei die Federn zusam-
men (T).
- Arretieren Sie das Messer duch kräftiges Anziehen der
äußeren Schraube mit (P) 15N/m.
- Führen Sie diese Handgriffe rechts und links von jedem
Messer durch. (23)
- Knives have already been adjusted at the factory.
- Pull the entry table back as indicated by the arrow.
- Push the knife (R) at one end using the setting gauge (S),
squeezing the springs (T).
- Lock the knife by firmly tightening the outer bolt with (P) at a
force of 15 N/m.
- Make this operation at left and right of each blade. (23)
