- Pour une coupe parallele
- Ajuster la position 0 (fig. 17) par rapport
au guide suivant 1'epaisseur de la lame a
chaque changement de lame :
• desserrer les 2 vis V de la regie,
• glisser I'ensemble guide pour mettre le 0
de la graduation de la regie en face du
repere situe dans la loupe,
• bloquer le levier E,
• deplacer le guide parallele 6 avec la regie
R bien centre la lame.
• resserrer les 2 vis V fixant la regie.
- Positionner le guide parallele (fig. 18) en
fonction de la largeur de la piece a scier :
• debloquer le levier 16 et les leviers E et
F du reglage,
• deplacer le guide pour choisir la largeur
de coupe sur 1'echelle graduee de la table :
lire la valeur en face du repere a droite
dans la loupe sur 1'echelle superieure ou
inferieure suivant la position du contre
guide B,
• Reglage fin (fig. 19) : bloquer le levier F
et affiner le reglage avec la manette graduee
D avec controle dans la loupe.
• rebloquer le levier E.
Suivant 1'epaisseur de la piece a scier,
inverser le contre guide.
Positionner le contre guide au maximum a
Favant pour faciliter le degagement des
pieces coupees. Pour deplacer le contre
guide : desserrer les 2 manettes M.
- Pour une coupe inclinee
- Positionner le guide parallele pour regler
la largeur de coupe.
- Incliner la lame.
- Pour une coupe en angle (fig. 20)
- debloquer la manette P et positionner le
guide a Tangle souhaite : inclinaison a
droite ou a gauche, en mettant la graduation
du disque en face du repere de la barette.
- regler la butee 14 pour une coupe en serie
de planches de meme longueur.

• Bei jedem Sageblattaustausch. muB die 0-

• Die Langsanschlagvorrichtung verschieben.

Tischgleitschiene R zum Anschlag an

• Langsanschlagschiene nach benb'tigter
Schnittbreite verschieben (Abb. 18) :
• Klemmgriff 16 und Einstellungs-
Klemmgriffe E + F lockern.
• Schnittbreite mit Hilfe des MaBstabes
auf der Gleitschiene einstellen : in der
Lupe, je nach Position der Zusatzanschlag-
schiene B, die Obere oder die Untere
Skala rechtsbiindig ablesen.
• Zuerst nur Klemmgriff F der Feineinstellung
blockieren und die Einstellung durch
Drehen des markierten Drehknopfes D
verfeinern (Abb. 19). Skala rechtsbiindig
in der Lupe ablesen.
• Einstellung durch Senken des Klemm-
griffes E sichern.
Die Zusatzanschlagschiene gema'B der
Holstarke anbringen und moglichst nach
vorn befestigen, um den Abschub der
Schnittstiicke nicht zu verhindern.
Zum verstellen der Zusatzanschlagschiene :
die 2 Drehgriffe M lockern.
• Schragschnitt
• Schnittbreite durch Verschieben der
Langsanschlagschiene einstellen.
Sage zum gewiinschten Winkel neigen.
• Winkelschnitt (Abb. 20)
• Winkelschnittfiihrung durch Drehgriff P
lockern und nach rechts oder nach links
drehen : gewunschter Winkel kann auf der
Zifferscheibe zur Markierung auf dem
Gleitstab genau eingestellt werden.
• Bei einer Serienarbeit mit Schnitt auf
gleicher La'nge, kann der Anschlag 14 nach
benb'tigter La'nge angebracht werden.

• Parallel straight cut
Adjust the 0 (fig.17) of the scaled rail
according to the blade thickness when
replacing the saw blade :
• loosen the screws V,
• slide the parallel guide 6 and its support
until the mark inside the lens is at the
position ~0" of the scaled rail R,
• clamp locking handle E,
• move the parallel guide 6 and the scaled
rail R together towards the saw blade,
• tighten both screws V to secure.
Adjust the parallel guide (fig.18) accor-
ding to the width to cut:
• release locking handle 16 and also handles
E and F.
• slide the guide assembly to position it at
the desired width : the exact value can be
read in the lens, either on the upper or on
the lower scale in accordance with the
position of the additional guide B,
• Precise adjusting (fig.19): clamp locking
handle F and set the adjustment precisely
by turning the scaled knob D whilst
checking in the lens.
• Secure the adjustment by locking handle E.
The additional guide can be reversed as
needed by the wood thickness.
The additional guide should be positioned
as most as possible towards the front so
that the cut pieces can easily be taken off.
Loosen the 2 knobs M to move the addi-
tional guide.
• Angular cutting
• Adjust the cutting width with the parallel
guide.
Tilt the saw blade to the desired position.
• For a cut of an angle(edge) (fig.20)
• release the knob P and turn the angle guide
to the left or right-hand side to put the
required angle on the scale in line with the
mark on the sliding bar,
position the stopper 14 for a standard pro-
duction to cut pieces of same length.
