  If the green LED signal lamp H3 (5) on your Kjellberg Welding System is not on or goes out during plasma cutting, it could be due to several reasons. The air pressure might be below 0.4 MPa; in this case, increase the primary pressure of the gas. Alternatively, the compressor performance may be insufficient, leading to falling pressure after a longer cutting time, so you should increase the compressor performance. It may also be necessary to increase the minimum start up pressure of the compressor.

  If your Kjellberg Welding System is not ready for cutting and the yellow LED signal lamp H2 (4) is on, the inverter may be thermally overloaded due to exceeding maximum duty cycles. Allow the CUTi to cool with the fan running; do not switch it off.
