  If the white LED signal lamp for the plasma torch is OFF, and there's no full cutting power, it could be due to several reasons: * The pilot arc time might be exceeding 6 seconds without current flow to the workpiece. In this case, finish after approximately 1 second. * The workpiece may not be properly connected. * The plasma gas supply might not be correct. * The current values might be too low for the material thickness. Try readjusting the current using the potentiometer.

  If the fans unit isn't starting, consider the following possible causes: * Ensure the emergency switch S3 (7) (detent switch) is shifted. * Check that the wire link X102 (C3-C4) (“Emergency OFF” from CNC) is plugged in. * Verify the air pressure is above 0.3 MPa. * The temperature monitor may have switched off the unit. * There might be another defect at the power source. * Ensure the protection cap on the plasma torch is present.

  Error E39 indicates a torch cap issue. To resolve this, switch OFF the unit and then check the torch and consumables. Note that the Error LED is only cleared by turning the key switch off and on again.
