What to do if my KNF FEM 1.02 does not work?
    • T
      Tara OnealAug 6, 2025
If your KNF Water Pump isn't working, try the following: First, connect the pump to the mains supply power supply and switch on the power supply. Then, check all connections and hoses for any issues. Also, remove any blockages that may be present and check external valves and filters. As a last resort, consider replacing the diaphragm and valve disk.

Why is my KNF FEM 1.02 not priming?
    • M
      Michael RochaAug 15, 2025
If your KNF Water Pump is not priming, ensure the suction side of the pump is connected. Check if the priming container is filled adequately. Secure transition joints between the hose and connections with tight clamps. Open the system valve and clean the filter. Reduce pressure at the pressure side. Consider replacing the pump head with a compatible version. Also, remove pressure and suction lines and re-connect correctly.

How to fix low flow rate, suction head, or pressure head in KNF Water Pump?
    • G
      grimescynthiaAug 27, 2025
To address low flow rate, suction head, or pressure head in your KNF Water Pump: Modify the installation and check the cross-sections of components connected to the suction and pressure sides (hoses, valves, filters) to ensure they are not causing too much resistance. Secure transition joints between hose and hose connectors tightly with clamps. Remove pressure and suction lines and re-connect correctly. Replace the pump head with a compatible version. Reduce pressure if possible. Set the overflow higher, ensuring the maximum specification is not exceeded.
