Why is the flow rate low on my KNF NMP 830 KPDC?

  If your KNF Water Pump's flow rate, pressure, or vacuum is too low, several factors could be responsible. Condensation in the pump head can be resolved by installing the pump at the system's highest point. Pressure imbalances can be addressed by changing the pressure conditions. Insufficient cross-sections in pneumatic lines or connections require disconnecting the pump to assess output, eliminating throttling, and using larger cross-section lines or parts if necessary. Leaks should be eliminated, and any blockages in connections or lines need to be cleared. Soiled head parts should be cleaned. Finally, worn diaphragms or valve plates should be replaced.

  If your KNF Water Pump isn't transferring fluid, start by checking for blockages in the connections and lines and remove any obstructions. Ensure that external valves are open and filters are not clogged. If condensate has collected in the pump head, install the pump at the highest point in the system. If the diaphragm or valve plates are worn, consider replacing the pump.
