World Time
The Zone setting is a useful function for your
overseas trips. This feature enables you to display
the local time on the LCD while you are abroad.
1. Select [World Time] in the basic settings menu.
The World Time screen appears.
2. Press the up/down arrow buttons to select the
departure place ( ) and destination ( )
ields.
3. Press the left/right arrow buttons to select a
city located in the same time zone as that of the
ield. Press the button to conirm settings.
Date & Time
Refer to the “Resetting Date/Time” section on page
20.
Format
Please Note: formatting enables you to delete all
contents on the memory card and camera’s built-in
memory, including protected photo and movie iles.
To use this setting:
1. Press the button, press the up/down arrow
buttons to select and press the button to
enter the menu.
2. Press the up/down arrow buttons to select and
press the button or right arrow button to enter
the menu.
3. Press the up/down arrow buttons to select [Format]
and press the button or right arrow button to
enter the menu.
4. Press the up/down arrow buttons to select [Yes] or
[No] and press the button to conirm.
5. If you select [Yes] the camera will format its memory.
