7. How to Receive Service
To obtain warranty service, you must contact our technical support team via telephone, on live
web chat on www. InergyTek.com, or via email. (See Contact Us.) If our technical support team
determines that further assistance is required, they will give you a Return Material Authoriza-
tion (“RMA”) number and return shipping label. You must package the product in original prod-
uct packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the package and including proof of your
purchase with the product.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SHIP LITHIUM BATTERY PRODUCTS BACK YOURSELF. CON-
SULT WITH OUR SUPPORT TEAM BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO SHIP ANY INERGY PRODUCT FOR
SERVICE.
