12. Return the generator set to operation.
a. Check that the generator set master switch is in
the OFF position.
b. Reconnect the generator set engine starting
battery, negative (--) lead last.
c. Reconnect power to the battery charger, if
equipped.
13. Turn on the fuel supply. Move the generator set
master switch to the RUN position and check for
leaks with the engine running.
14. Move the generator set master switch to the
OFF/RESET position. Move the switch to the
AUTO position if an automatic transfer switch or
remote start/stop switch is used.
15. Reinstall the generator set housing service side
door.
