What to do if Kohler Engine overheats?
- TtmitchellSep 10, 2025
If your Kohler engine overheats, check for the following possible causes: a broken cooling fan, excessive engine load, a failed or off fan belt, or a faulty carburetor. Also, inspect for a high or low crankcase oil level, lean fuel mixture, low cooling system fluid level, a radiator or cooling system components that are clogged, restricted, or leaking, a failed or broken water pump belt, or a malfunctioning water pump.
