七、常见问题及解决方案

WARNING! Electrical shock hazard! Unplug the unit before maintaining.
警告! 在维护前断电，小心触电！
Problem Possible Cause Remedy
"Err001"
Tubing not fully seated in fitting. Check all fittings for tightness.
Tubing abraded in seal area. Recut tubing and redo connection.
System inside leakage. Contact Kohler service and dealer.
Note: all the leakage (including non-system
leakage) could be detected and system will force
shutdown.
Note: after the above steps, please unplug the power
first, then wipe & dry the water leakage protector sensor,
and plug in the power again.
"Err003" TDS inlet not connected. Contact Kohler service and dealer.
"Err004" TDS outlet not connected. Contact Kohler service and dealer.
"Err005" Insufficient feed water pressure. Change in line pressure.
"Err006" Pump Overused >30 Mins. Repeat unplug and plug once.
"Err008" Display panel is not connected with PCB. Contact Kohler service and dealer.
"Err009" Unusual Pump Start.
Check all fittings tiny leakage or not.
Change in line pressure; or wait for the water pressure to
change to normal.
Check whether the filtration faucet closed tightly or not.
Filter LEDs will change to
orange with beeps
Filter life is running low or out. Replace filter element.
Unit fails to initiate
No power supply. Plug in again.
Power adapter failure. Contact Kohler service.
Low or No faucet flow
Filter blockage caused by poor water quality. Check and Replace filter.
Pump or Solenoid Valve failure. Contact Kohler service and dealer.
The Inlet TDS led indicator show waterfall effect,
and the system is flushing.
Turn off the faucet, wait for the flush to finish.
故障现象 故障原因 排除方法
"Err001"
软管没有插装到位。 检查机器所有连接处是否有漏水并排除。
软管有毛剌或划伤。 重新切管并连接。
系统内部泄露。 联系科勒客服及经销商。
注意：以上包含系统以外的漏水点皆可能被探针感
应并强制停机。
注意：以上步骤后请立即断开电源再擦拭干净漏水保护器
探针上的水，再次接通电源。
"Err003" 进水 TDS 未接。 联系科勒客服及经销商。
"Err004" 出水 TDS 未接。 联系科勒客服及经销商。
"Err005" 缺水。 检查总水管水压及水流是否不足，提升总水管压力。
"Err006" 水泵连续工作超过 30 分钟。 先断开再接通电源。
"Err008" 显示板与主板连接失败。 联系科勒客服及经销商。
"Err009" 泵的频繁启动，微漏水或压力不足。
检查机器所有连接处是否有微漏水并排除。
检查总水管水压及水流是否不足，提升总水管压力。
检查净水龙头是否关不严。
滤芯寿命灯亮橘色并鸣叫 滤芯即将或已经到期。 更换滤芯。
机器不启动
电源未接。 接通电源。
电源适配器故障。 联系科勒客服及经销商。
龙头纯水太小或不出水
水温太低。 属正常现象。
水质差引起滤芯堵塞提前到期。 请检查各级滤芯是否堵塞并更换。
显示屏有瀑布效果，产品正在冲洗。 关闭净水龙头，等待冲洗结束。
