IMPORTANT! To ensure a successful installation, install the bath on a level oor.
NOTICE: Measure your product for site preparation. Visit the product page at
kohler.com for more information.
NOTICE: Provide adequate oor support. Refer to the specication sheet for oor
load requirements.
NOTICE: To ensure the bath does not rest on the rim, a 1/16" (2 mm) gap must exist
between the framing and the rim. When constructing the framing, take into account
the gap and the thickness of the nished deck material.
Framing
Verify that the suboor is level. Adjust for level, if necessary.
Construct 2x4 or 2x6 stud framing.
Provide a 1/16" (2 mm) gap between the bath rim and the framing.
Plumbing
NOTE: For through-the-oor drain installation, cut a drain hole in the oor to
accommodate the drain connections.
