Set the unit to FAN ONLY mode to defrost the coil. * The air filter may be dirty. Clean the filter and set the unit to FAN ONLY mode to defrost. * The thermostat is set too cold for night-time cooling. Defrost the coil by setting the unit to FAN ONLY mode, then increase the temperature setting.
