SERVICE PROCEDURE
CLEAN FUEL STRAINER
1.
Remove plug (1), then remove the strainer together with the
plug.
2. Remove the dirt stuck to the strainer and strainer case, then
wash with clean diesel oil or flushing oil. If the strainer is
damaged, replace it with a new part.
3. Insert the strainer, then install plug (1).
If the plug O-ring is damaged or deteriorated, replace it with a
new part.
Tightening torque for plug: 78.4 Nm (8 kgm , 57.9 lbft)
WASH FUEL TANK BREATHER
Remove all mud and dirt from around the breather, then remove
the breather, immerse it in cleaning fluid and clean it.
Be careful not to let dirt enter through the mount while the breather
is removed.
TIGHTEN ROPS CANOPY
Check that there are no loose mounting bolts (1) on the ROPS
canopy. Tighten any loose bolts.
Tightening torque: 927 ± 103 Nm (94.5 ± 10.5 kgm , 684 ± 76 lbft)
